After graduating from law school, Nick studied international law in France, returning to Canada in 1989 to article at the Vancouver law firm of Guild, Yule & Company. Nick practiced in Vernon first with the law firm Sigalet, Maguire, from 1996 to 2001 then as a partner with Davidson Pringle from 2001 to 2018. He has developed a diverse and successful litigation practice.
Nick has practiced in the Okanagan since his call to the bar 29 years ago. Graduating from McGill University in 1986, he completed a Masters in International Law at Universite Aix-Marseille in 1998. Upon completion of his articling, Nick was called to the Bar in May of 1990. He has extensive civil litigation experience with an emphasis on family law and commercial matters.
Montreal-born, Nick loves residing in the Okanagan and thinks it’s a terrific place to raise a family. His passion is the mountains where he can be found hiking, skiing and cycling.
